Release Train Engineer

Title - Release Train Engineer (RTE)* Must-Haves: Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira Position Summary: The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the health and effectiveness of agile practices within the organization.

The RTE will play a key role in managing the Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating alignment with strategic objectives, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the Agile Release Train (ART) as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and driving value delivery.

Utilize Agile tools, especially Jira, proficiently to track and enhance agile practices within the organization.

Monitor and improve agile health metrics, providing coaching to maintain high standards of agility.

Coordinate ART activities with organizational goals to foster collaboration and achieve desired outcomes.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between product management, development, and operations teams.

Maintain Program Increment (PI) calendars and oversee planning events to optimize project timelines.

Identify and manage risks, implementing strategies for risk mitigation and efficient resource allocation.

Encourage teamwork and continuous improvement by promoting collaborative efforts within the Agile Release Train.

Ensure adherence to lean-Agile processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.

Possess strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with prior experience in similar RTE roles within Agile environments
