Operations, Air Export

Handling Customers Air Export operations

Arrange and confirm booking for Export shipments.

Organize transportation for shipments pick ups

Preparing all the documents and the waybills that should accompany the cargo along with the customs procedures and until it reaches port of destination

Pre-advising all the concerned parties by email about departed shipments

update shipment data on system– with concern Data Quality.

Following up on shipments arrival with airlines until delivery of them at destination

Preparing daily, monthly report as needed and as required by management and/or clients

Notify customers of the arrival of freight and deliver as per shipping terms

Skills
