About the Unit

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate export bookings and ensure timely scheduling of shipments in coordination with internal teams.

2. Collaborate closely with shipping agents and carriers to optimize logistical arrangements for containers & vessels shipments.

3. Work with carriers and logistics partners to identify and implement technical savings actions to enhance efficiency.

4. Identify opportunities for outbound lead time reduction through carriers, flows, and process improvements.

5. Monitor shipment statuses closely and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.

6. Oversee the preparation and accuracy of all export-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other necessary paperwork.

7. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.

8. Liaise with relevant governmental entities for permits, licenses, and certifications as needed to facilitate smooth export processes.

9. Conduct regular follow-ups with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure alignment on shipment schedules and requirements.

10. Address any discrepancies or concerns promptly to avoid disruptions in the export process.

11. Manage export contracts, including negotiation, drafting, and execution, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
