We are currently seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional to join our team at Dade Correctional Institution and Homestead Correctional Institution located in Florida City, Florida.

The Mental Health Professional provides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive mental health care, including intake and assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and providing individual and group therapy.

Monday - Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm

Registered interns $70K and Fully Licensed $80K

Qualifications

Master level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited educational institution is required.

Active mental health professional license in Florida - LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or SW Registered Interns

Must have active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

A minimum of two years of experience with direct care for individuals with mental illness is preferred.

Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
