Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Functional Accountability:

Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Prepares quotes for existing and new accounts

Provides support and back up Warehouse Administrative staff

Attending to customer calls, issues and complaints, maintaining logs for the same

Receives inbound and outbound orders

Continued nurturing of the relationship with current accounts

Maintaining of Daily/Weekly log related to New Accounts

Follows agreed company processes and protocols in the Customer Service department, including use of systems and software.

Keeps data updated on the WMS system.

Prepare Bill of Lading

Ensure the resources in the customer service function of the company are managed effectively to achieve maximum efficiencies

The continued nurturing of the ITN Logistics Brand as a quality, costumer centric, timely service provider that delivers against its value proposition.

Person Specification:

Should have 1-2 years knowledge in customer service, following procedures at receiving and shipping goods and posting on WMS system. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to commit to a team-based approach, and develop excellent relationships with internal and external customers.
