Grading Foreman

We are a 29-year-old company based in San Diego, providing earthwork & grading services. Looking for an experienced and highly capable Foreman who understands all aspects of earthwork. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. Except for rare exceptions, we stay local with our jobs. Compensation will be commensurate with skill and experience.

Qualifications:

Must understand scheduling.

Must have problem-solving skills.

Quality control, compliance, and most importantly safety.

Must be detailed oriented.
