Responsibilities for laundry manager
Direct and develop staff, driving caregiver engagement and customer service across laundry and linen operations
The primary objective is to keep and maintain all plant mechanical equipment in good, clean operating order
Maintain building and support functions for the Laundry facility
Interview and hire mechanical staff as required according to requirements as directed by the General Manager
Maintain schedules for Maintenance Department and specific budgets as directed
Set up and administer Preventive Maintenance Software Program for all laundry equipment
Order parts and maintain critical inventories required for continuing mechanical operations
Leads laundry service departments
Oversee the Laundry operations
Hold pre-shift meetings to ensure that the Laundry team is aware of the day’s tasks, safety of the day and any other miscellaneous information to ensure successful operations
Provide direct management and strategy to Linen and Laundry Services

Qualifications for laundry manager
Excellent problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
High education (i.e, Business, ...)
At least 10 years or more of job experience in the area of sales B2B
Age Group above 35 preferably Male Candidate Salary 40k and above
He should Handle Entire Retail Laundry Operation
Proven track record in B2B sales and sales management
Provide other duties and services as advised by Executive Housekeeper
Requires substantial and successful track record in the commercial laundry business
Team player to lead both internal & external cross functional teams
