Call Center Agent - Starters/Beginners

Your day-to-day in a nutshell:

Resolving customer inquiries/requests

Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing

Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

At High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (new curriculum)

No Experience Needed

Preferably with Education on banking & Finance, BS Administration / Communication

With Excellent Communication Skills
