Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Office Leasing Director located in Makati. The Office Leasing Director will be responsible for overseeing office leasing and sales, commercial agency services, and occupier services. The role involves managing a team, developing business plans, and executing leasing and sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue goals.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills, Business Planning, and Commercial Management skills

Experience in team management and sales

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

Previous experience in commercial office leasing and real estate transactions is a plus

Professional certifications in real estate or related field are beneficial
