Lead Fabricator/Shop Foreman

Instinctive Metals is looking for a Lead Fabricator/Shop Foreman to join our team in Novi, Michigan. 8 hour shifts (7am - 3:30p) - weekdays, occasional weekends and overtime Job Responsibilities Include:

Take and verify field measurements

Conceptualize and create layout

Fabricate metal as specified

Proper operation and maintenance of metal fabricating tools and equipment

Maintain metal inventory

Deliver fabricated metal to job site

Protect and conserve company resources

Abide by all job-site and warehouse safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection, and others

Participate in safety meetings and all trainings
