Project Architect/Project Manager

Our client is a dynamic firm looking for a design-focused Project Architect/Project Manager to join their growing team.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be involved in all phased of the design process at a highly collaborative multidisciplinary firm. Project types include healthcare, education, civic workplace, mixed-use, senior living and more.

Responsibilities:

The Project Architect will be responsible for start to finish project management.

Consult with clients on creation, presentation of interior design concepts and needs

Define project requirements and develop design criteria

Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material etc.

Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects

Professional client development skills

Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally

Requirements:

Architecture degree required

5+ years of experience

Professional licensure preferred

Proficient in Revit and SketchUp preferred
