The Account Representative - Recruiting is responsible for increasing divisional growth by assisting Account Executives with business development by lead generation which entails contacting and qualifying active and passive prospective clinicians, using a screening process to determine their ability to work with the company. In addition, Account Representatives support divisional objectives by participating in and completing various assignments that lead to market research in key areas.

Generates recruiting leads for Associate Account Executives and/or Account Executives by contacting clinicians via telephone calls, e-mails, text messages and third-party site messaging

Receives inbound calls and inquiries from new/prospective clinicians

Uses Marketing Cloud and Distributed Marketing e-mail tools to source clinician leads for new open orders

Contacts clinicians to update their profile, preferences, licensure and certifications in the company database

Qualifies and matches clinicians to current open orders based on their availability and skills

Contacts new clinicians upon registering on the LocumTenens.com website or affiliated sites and educates them on our services, resources, and processes

Submits qualified candidates to the Associate Account Executive or Account Executive for the respective territory

In partnership with the AAE and/or AE, develops and maintains new and existing clinician relationships

Manages daily schedule of calls, meetings, and follow ups

Achieves/exceeds daily and monthly activity goals and metrics as set by their manager; exceeds KPI production metrics measured by all communication activity

Keeps management informed of area activities, significant problems, and changes in recruiting volume

May send appropriate targeted marketing materials to clinicians as needed

May serve as back-up to an Associate Account Executive and/or Account Executive as needed

Assists Associate Account Executives, Account Executives and other production team members as needed

May work on special projects or other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY/BUDGETARY/EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITY

Communicates with external clinicians

QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Previous corporate experience preferred but not required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Working knowledge of Salesforce or relative CRM systems

Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
