Electrician Foreman

Job Description

We are looking for Foremen to run multi-family housing, assisted living and/or retail projects. Foremen will be expected to properly manage crews and to recognize and act on the performance of an employee under your supervision. Foremen must keep detailed accurate records, answer questions confidently, and communicate efficiently with our home office.

Must be able to:

Read drawings and specifications.

Track time of employees on site.

Be responsible for use of our mobile scheduling and time tracking software correctly.

Evaluate install methods and performance of the project.

Clearly direct electricians of varying skill level.

Attend weekly meetings and adequately address any issues presented.

Work with tools.

Work independently.

Properly document job progress and potential issues.

Be responsible for the safe keep of materials and storing of materials.

Obtain all information needed for Change Orders and T & M work tickets which includes taking photos if needed, determining time and material as needed and to order materials ahead of time.

Compensation:

Negotiable pay based on experience
