Job Description

Both Full-time and part-time Customer Experiences and Account Specialists will need to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and provide them with products and services that ensure client satisfaction. Must also provide customer service and resolve issues by offering solutions, explanations and options. Excepted start dates during the second quarter of 2024.

General Accountabilities:

Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients.

Ensures that clients know how to use the products and services and provides assistance as necessary.

Develops plans and implements strategies for all assigned accounts.

Manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.

Greets visitors and obtains name and other pertinent information, notifying appropriate individuals of visitor's arrival.

Projects a warm, inviting and trustworthy image on the phone.

Answers customer inquiries

Provides customers' information about products or services, takes or enters orders, cancels accounts, or obtains details of complaints.

Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.

Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.

Processes applications, releases, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices and other related paperwork.

Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.

Conducts reviews on accounts on a regular basis to evaluate clients' needs to match with appropriate products and/or services.

Conducts regular reviews of promotional activities to enhance and identify development potential.

Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks.

Maintains clean and orderly reception area.Company Description
