Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our intake, paralegal, and administrative teams. The ideal candidate is hardworking, bilingual (English and Spanish), adaptable, as well as personable and empathetic to customers.
Responsibilities
Discuss claims with potential new clients
Ensure that claim-related documents are executed timely and processed for the team
Communicate with clients
Maintain and update documentation
Provide paralegal and administrative support
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Case Manager or similar role is preferred
Familiarity with legal tort claims
Strong bilingual communication skills
Highly organized with document management experience
Comfortable Microsoft Office, Adobe and case management software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
