Personal Injury Associate Attorney

Jordan Law, a boutique personal injury litigation firm, is seeking an attorney to join our team as a Personal Injury Associate. We are seeking an individual with 1-2 years of prior personal injury experience, who:

(1) is capable of independently managing a pre-litigation case load with minimal oversight.

(2) is interested in assisting litigation teams with overflow and project-based assignments.

Primary Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients to gather qualification information. Meet with qualified prospective clients for introduction and successful retainment.

Independently manage, resolve (or prepare for suit) a case load of pre-litigation files with the assistance of a senior pre-litigation paralegal and support staff.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Assist in litigation case work, such as drafting pleadings and motions, defending depositions, preparing and responding to written discovery, and trial preparation, on an as needed basis.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado.

1-2 years of personal injury experience (litigation experience preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional analytical, creative, and innovative problem-solving abilities.

Superior writing skills.

Must excel in a quick-thinking and fast-paced environment.

Position Type: salaried, full-time, in-person & remote; office located in Greenwood Village, CO

Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, depending on experience, with bonus opportunities
