Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant - Starts/Closing Coordinator at Cristo Homes located in Cincinnati, OH. The Administrative Assistant - Starts/Closing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the start and closing processes, assisting with administrative tasks, managing documentation, maintaining records, and providing support to the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process New Contracts
Send out all documents related to new sales to lenders, buyer, realtors and sales
Work with architect and engineer to get prints and plot plans
Send out receipts for all deposits
Submit plans to county/municipality for permit
Create start packs for supers once permits have been approved
Pay any inspection fees, CO fees
Work with Super at the end of construction to get CO/TCO and send to lender
Proficiency in company Sales software
Performs other duties as assigned
Escrow Tracking
Closing Coordinator
Slack Management
Main contact for Appraisers
Due Diligence on new properties
Main Contact on DocuSign both internal and external
Qualifications
Prior experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
