As a Lead Digital Designer on our Talent & Organizational Development team, you'll have the opportunity to translate narratives into captivating visual experiences and contribute to our strategic content initiatives.

As a Lead Digital Designer, you will:

Visualize and implement strategic content plans to support talent management, culture change, and learning and development.

Showcase marketing and communications expertise by creating concise and compelling messages that highlight our employees' contributions to our business strategy.

Develop digital content for various internal and external platforms to enhance the candidate and employee experience.

Uphold and exemplify our brand philosophy in all content creation, delivering an engaging and relevant experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Work closely with international teams, using HR technology and tools for content creation like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; and internal tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace to collaborate with team members around the world and deliver your work.

Function as a mentor and coach, providing constructive feedback and guidance to digital designers team members.

What you bring to the role

Substantial (5+ years) industry experience in visualizing and implementing strategic content (learning, thought leadership, etc.) plans for talent management.

Proven expertise in marketing and communications, crafting compelling messages that highlight employee contributions.

Deep understanding of various employee demographics and effective talent development strategies.

Demonstrated proficiency in developing digital content for multiple platforms.

Experience with HR tech and content creation tools.

Track record of mentoring and coaching, promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Passion for fostering a nurturing environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.

Strong leadership and project management skills.
