Duties of our Customer Services Representatives:

Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat to both English and Spanish speaking customers.

Taking payments

Setting up and maintaining customer accounts

Communicate with office personnel and field technicians in a professional courteous manner.

Have call center experience (preferred but not required)

Speak both English and Spanish fluently

Be able to pass a background

Be able to pass a drug screening

Be available Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday
