About the Role

Your main responsibilities include actively listening to customers to understand their needs or issues, providing accurate and helpful information about products and services, and efficiently resolving complaints to achieve a satisfactory outcome for both the customer and the company.

Responsibilities

A customer service executive is a professional who handles customers on behalf of the business.

When a customer is faced with any issue or has a query or complaint regarding the products and services of the company, the customer care executive is the first point of contact for them.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

Actively listen to customer concerns and identify the root cause of their issues

Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, working towards a win-win solution

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records

Upsell and cross-sell products and services where appropriate.

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
