Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous Civil QC (Quality Control) Inspector to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications in civil engineering projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will focus on conducting inspections, identifying non-conformances, and working with the project teams to implement corrective actions to deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections to verify the quality of work aligns with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee field and laboratory testing to assess material quality, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, documenting findings, non-conformances, and recommended corrective actions.

Work with project teams to identify causes of quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.

Regularly audit construction processes and quality control systems to identify gaps and recommend improvements.

Review and maintain all necessary documentation related to quality control inspections, including plans, specifications, and certificates.

Monitor and track non-conformance reports, ensuring appropriate resolution and preventing recurrence.

Provide training and guidance to site staff on quality standards and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to maintain quality assurance throughout all project phases.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years in quality control inspection, preferably in the construction industry.

Professional certifications in quality control or inspection are advantageous.

In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.

Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve quality issues.

Ability to manage multiple inspections and documentation simultaneously.

Effective written and verbal communication to liaise with diverse stakeholders.

Keen eye for identifying deviations from standards and specifications.

Ability to thrive in dynamic project environments.
