# urgent hiring for SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER

#WORK FROM OFFICE -KOCHI

#Experience: 12 Yrs- 18 Yrs

Qualification: CA / MBA – Finance / M Com

Basic Skills: AP/AR, RBI, SEZ, Tally,STPI, Budgeting, On Site – Off Site Project Billings GST, TDS, Income Tax, Service Tax, Offshore Billing

Relevant Skills: Budgeting and Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Reconciliation, MIS and Reports, Cost Centre Management, Handling US clients and offshore projects invoicing.

Shift Time: 09.30 AM to 06.30 PM IST

Qualifications/Skillsets Required:

-CA / MBA – Finance / M Com + Experience in handling IT Co Accounts and strategic level finance management for a medium sized IT Co.

- Experience with financial reporting requirements as deadline oriented.

- Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.

- Experience in working Small Scale Multinational IT industry.

- Experience in payroll, project accounting, Maintaining Master Price List.

- Reporting project wise reports, receivable reports, budgeting, Performance Reports - Actual vs Budget.

- Ability to manage routine procurement activities with the US clients including cost proposals, purchase orders, invoices, project costing.

- Generate monthly cost benefit report for all billable entities including projects, products, and resources.

- Forecasting/Projections - Release budget for the succeeding year at the least 3 months before the opening of the year.

- Monitor Financial outcome monthly and escalate to the management attention.

- Pricing: company products and services should be priced rightly and the same should be monitored in conjunction to the marketplace. Release pricing for every year and the same should be refreshed quarterly for competitive advantage.

- Ability to manage and project departmental workload and proactively update the management accordingly.

- Proactively alert clients and the management on projected project loss and or other project projections.

Mandatory Checklist:

- Similar IT Company Experience dealing with US customers for a minimum of 3 years.

- Industry experience for a minimum of 3 years on the following areas:

- Pricing

- Project costing and cost benefit analysis

- Independently dealt with US client's accounting department

- Cost/estimation working with technical department using standard pricelist.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to management team while recommending further courses of action.

- Manage overseas customers on invoicing, Purchase Orders, and MSAs.

- Project Costing, validation and preparation of price proposals.

- Maintain project-related records, including MSAs, contracts and change work orders.

- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.

- Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.

- Pricing/Price List – support establishing Overheads & G&A expenses using QB/Tally. Maintain price list.

- Generate PO funding/renewing of Purchase Orders, Negotiations and finalization of PO with overseas customers.

- Project/product/program Profitability Analysis using /Tally.

- Maintain dashboard for corporate personnel review.

- Create and submit statutory reports and tax returns on time.

- Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required.

- Payroll processing and related works.

- Knowledge in Tally ERP9, MS Excel a MUST
