Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, efficiently managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Document Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and reports related to cybersecurity initiatives. Ensure sensitive information is handled with utmost confidentiality.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting up video/conference calls, preparing agendas, and taking minutes during meetings.
Project Support: Assist in managing projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and coordinating with different stakeholders.
Event Planning: Coordinate logistics for departmental events, workshops, and training sessions.
Expense Management: Process expense reports and manage budget tracking for the department.
