Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Director at Mycelium Labs in Beirut. The Creative Director will be responsible for leading creative projects, overseeing the development of creative strategies, managing branding efforts, providing art direction, and creating visually appealing graphic designs.

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
Key Responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership in the development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand identity, and project requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of creative professionals including designers, artists, and other specialists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Oversee all aspects of creative projects from conception to completion, including brainstorming sessions, concept development, design direction, and final delivery.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, and translate them into effective creative solutions that meet expectations.
Maintain high standards of creativity and quality in all deliverables, conducting regular reviews and providing feedback to ensure adherence to project objectives and guidelines.
Contribute to new business development efforts by conceptualizing and developing creative pitches, presentations, and proposals that effectively showcase the company's capabilities and win new clients.
Qualifications:
5+ years in a creative leadership role within a creative agency, production house, or related industry.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams to achieve
shared goals and deliver outstanding results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts, ideas,
and strategies effectively to clients and team members.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software and familiarity with project management tools and
platforms to effectively manage workflow, resources, and deliverables.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, advertising, or marketing.
