.Deep knowledge of test methodologies and debugging, Self-taught and self-teaching, with a demonstrated aptitude for acquiring knowledge and skills

.Creative, resourceful and innovative problem solver

.Good at Conflict Management, Change Management, Risk Mitigation

.Plus, for ISO, ISTQB certification or Green/Black belt
