Position: Analyst
Roles and responsibilities:
Monitor financial and operational performance of assigned portfolio companies, collect and prepare data and notes for monthly internal reviews, assist in credit and investment risk rating and monitoring framework of the fund.
Assist associates and VPs in all aspects of investment transactions including: due diligence, financial analysis, deal structuring, documentation and transaction closure.
Cover specified sectors working with associates / VPs. Ensure outreach to early stage startups in said sectors, and work on build sector knowledge and investment theses. (Sectors covered by the fund include consumer brands, ecommerce, consumer internet, ev / climate, fintech, b2b commerce, healthcare, enterprise, edtech, logistics, agri etc)
Over time, build a relationship network across the startup and venture capital ecosystem
Assist in internal operations and strategic initiatives of the fund
Mode: Full-time, in office

Qualifications & Requirements:
Demonstrable personal interest in entrepreneurship and startups
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to think analytically, and pick up financial modelling and accounts
Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced and open environment with a steep learning curve
Educational background no bar, however only undergraduates graduating 2021 or later need apply
0-2 years of professional experience
Examples of relevant experience include roles at early-stage (seed / angel) venture capital, startup investment banking or transaction advisory / FDD practices at the Big 4 (or equivalent)
