Designation: Executive

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

· This role would support the planning and implementation of BTL strategy.

· Ideating, planning, and budgeting of BTL activities and activation programs in conjunction with Brand/Activation manager

· Briefing agencies and working with agencies/vendors for effective implementation

· Liaising with sales teams to create execution plans for activations.

· Managing related Marketing Collaterals and Marketing Operations for activations

· Reporting, Monitoring, Evaluating and presenting the activities/programs

Trade Activation-

· Trade expos & events

· In Salon Activity

· Courier Gifts/Hampers/Sampling for salons

· Arranging products for Influencer/ shoots and other activity

· Courier Gifts/Hampers/Sampling for salon

· Managing Tracker for Sales Leads

POSM & Salon Visibility-

· Managing POS Materials supply and courier

· Maintaining tracking sheet of POSM

· Creation of salon Standees, posters and other visibility elements

· Coordinating and Managing In Salon Branding & maintain Budget Tracker for same

· Coordinating and delivering of Retail Stands & Maintain budget tracker for same

· Overall coordination with ASM's for POSM & Salon visibility requirement

Vendor Management and Payments-

· Creation of Vendor codes

· Coordination with vendors for putting Invoice on portal

· Creation of FG Codes

· Ensure timely payment to vendors

Educational Qualification: PGDBM / MBA / MMS / MSW

Experience: 3-4 years' experience from brand/ media or activation agency. Should have experience of handling events/ Trade expos or on ground activities

Skills:

Proficient in excel, handling data

Ability to stand for long periods of time/commute and travel frequently

Agency capabilities

BTL strategy and application across channel
