Business Intelligence Manager Consumer Banking

Capital Bank is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager who will be responsible for managing the overall process of data retrieval and analysis to provide insights that drive decision making.

Responsibilities:

Maintain data warehouse to provide clean, easily accessible, and comprehensive data for multiple analytical purposes.

Report production through MIS, CRM, and Data mining systems.

Track business achievements V/S targets.

Calculate staff incentives based on achieved targets.

Assess campaigns performance and calculate profitability.

Enhance Business Intelligence solutions to Consumer Banking.

Present dashboards.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in MIS, BIT, Accounting or any related field.

6+ years of relevant experience.
