Job Title: Senior LoanIQ Business Analyst

Relevant Years of Experience: 3+ yrs

Mandatory Technical and Professional Experience :

In-depth understanding of Corporate Lending, including Syndication and Bilateral arrangements.

Proficiency in Loan origination, Servicing, and Secondary Trading processes.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and adopt a methodical approach to problem resolution.

Proven experience in conducting functional requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, documenting, and validating functional requirements.

Hands-on experience in Fusion Loan IQ implementation and previous involvement in analyzing, defining, and executing LoanIQ upgrade/migration projects and change processes.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience :

Familiarity with SQL, LoanIQ SDK, and API integration is desirable.

Expertise in Loan IQ data model and components.

Proficiency in Loan IQ table maintenance.

Knowledge of Data Migration and DCT tools would be advantageous.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive functional requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, ensuring accurate documentation and validation of requirements. Collaborate with IT for review and implementation.

Work closely with user groups to define business processes, gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Liaise with key stakeholders to identify priorities and challenges, providing support to the Development Lead and Project Manager to maintain artifacts in Delivery Tracker.

Collaborate with QA and Business Owners to develop robust QA/UAT test plans/cases.

Generate detailed documentation encompassing business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.

Deliver presentations of findings, recommendations, and project updates to diverse audiences.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

Work in conjunction with technology teams to design solutions that meet the evolving business needs.

Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within the LoanIQ environment.
