Job Title: Supply and Inventory Planning Supervisor

Job Purpose and Impact

The Supply and Inventory Planning Supervisor will supervise a team of supply and inventory planners and oversee routine supply and inventory planning activities. In this role, you will guide a team that monitors key integrated business planning performance indicators, cost to serve performance data and help to coordinate cross functional work teams.

Key Accountabilities

Define inventory strategy and segmentation and incorporate other relevant strategies.

Prepare the supply and inventory planning inputs for capacity scenarios and recommendations.

Review and publish supply and inventory planning metrics targets.

Conduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement.

Other duties as assigned

Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum one year of directly related work experience

Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in engineering with PG in Supply Chain Management

Should have minimum of 5 years experience in Inventory & Supply Planning

Good exposure in MRP, Production planning and scheduling

Have exposure in SCM tools – SAP, SAP IBP, PPSD etc
