Candidate responsible to generate business in international market for API (active pharmaceutical ingredient), excipients, intermediate or any other related product in pharmaceutical industry / chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly communicate with existing customers and suppliers for business development.
• Ability to generate market intelligence and devise market strategy for product campaigns.
• Generate new customer databases of pharmaceutical industry and start communication and arrange personal meeting on suitability.
• Maintaining intellectual property on Clients and products.
• Ability to develop and maintain short to long-term strategic forecasts and plans to increase efficiency and profit.
Skills:
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have strong marketing / chemistry background for generating market intelligence and devising product campaigns.
• Ability to work in various time zone on suitable time for international business requirements
• Must have strong fluent English, (Spanish preferable for Latin America market)
• Should have adept knowledge of Computers, MS-Office and Google Suite.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of pharma and chemical industry.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional objectives. • Uses rigorous analytics for faster decision making.
• Develops new insights into issues and examines them from different angles.
Qualifications / Experience:
• 3+ years in business development / marketing for pharmaceutical industry. (API / intermediate sales experience preferred).
• 2Graduate degree in marketing / pharmacy / chemistry.
• Any other foreign language (Spanish) other than English would be a plus point
