Position
We are looking for a talented SAP ABAP & Fiori Consultant ideally with strong technical
design and development experience in core SAP modules
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement technical solutions using ABAP/SAP Fiori/UI5/Odata
Building SAP ABAP RICEF up to 50% of the time maximum.
Eager to contribute and work on SAP ABAP development projects
Implement and deploy SAP standard and custom Fiori applications
Work on SAP BTP and SAP development tools like Eclipse, SAP Web IDE, BAS
Assist with integration of SAP and non-SAP product tools
Work with functional consultant to understand business needs
Provide clients with full life-cycle project implementation consulting expertise including
assessments, blueprinting, system build, testing and go-live stabilization.
Provide status updates on assigned work to management and, when required, act as a
project manager on small to medium-sized projects.
Mentor and/or oversee other consultants assigned to the project.
Should be a Team player & able to work independently wherever required
Complete the necessary training with regards to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and be
continually engaged via their work and be more focused and integrated with helping
the company succeed in achieving ISO standards of 9001,14001 & 45001 .
Strive to be aware of processes and procedures to fulfil and adhere to requirements as
required under the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
Responsibility for reporting, monitoring measurement, nonconformity and corrective
action with regards to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
Skills And Qualifications
Minimum of 4+ years of hands on experience in ABAP/Fiori/ODATA Development work
Experience in developing minimum 10+ UI5 Custom Apps for Client needs and the
ability explain the purpose of them to business/clients
Minimum of 4+ years of hands on experience in ABAP Development work
Experience with ALE, OO, IDOC and BAPI's/BADI's
Being part of at least 3 end-to-end projects (both greenfield and brownfield
implementations.
Ability to Design and Build FIORI Apps with inputs from Functional Consultants
Ability to work in Projects following 'Agile' implementation methodology (i.e.
developments progressed gradually often without functional specification).
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Any exposure to Mobile development kit, SAP Work Manager or Asset Manager is
advantageous
Experience of assisting clients in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP
Functionality.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
Driven and enthusiastic, commercially aware, strong leadership qualities and team
leader experience.
Ability to manage up other junior ABAP/FIORI consultants in project assignments
actively engaging in mentoring and in support of their project activities.
Ensuring above all that clients receive exceptional service and quality.
Working with the team to align their own objectives with company objectives ensuring
uniform and measurable outcomes to help build the brand, build revenue and
ultimately help build a successful and profitable working environment.
Building long lasting quality relationships with your clients to understand their needs
and objectives and ability to identify and actively pursue opportunities to help protect
and enhance the brand and revenue pool.
Comfortable as a subject matter expert providing Smart solutions and confident in your
ability to champion pre- sales activities, celebrating successes and overcoming of
challenges by writing company blogs and sharing with the SAP community.
Ability to oversee all the Functional consultants and to actively enjoy supporting and
mentoring Junior consultants.

Experience in Oil & Gas
Exposure to Winshuttle / Prometheus / RPA
Experience in SAP PS (Project system)
