QUALIFICATION / ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
⮚100% WFO
⮚Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream (Graduate Preferred)
⮚Fresher & Experienced (6 months to +1 year relevant experience; Consultant Role - BPO) (Experienced Preferred)
⮚Flexible to work in rotational shifts, 6 days working.
⮚Excellent spoken (English & Hindi) and written language skills (English) with an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response.
⮚Typing speed & accuracy of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy
