About the Role:

As a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical functionalities within the PeopleSoft ecosystem. You'll leverage your expertise in both functional areas (like HR, Finance, or Supply Chain) and technical skills (like PeopleSoft tools and configurations) to implement, optimize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into technical configurations on the PeopleSoft platform.

Design, develop, and implement customizations using PeopleSoft tools like Application Designer, PeopleCode, Process Builder, and Integration Broker.

Configure and manage PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions) to meet specific business needs.

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement using PeopleSoft functionalities.

Test, troubleshoot, and resolve PeopleSoft related issues.

Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on PeopleSoft applications.

Stay up-to-date with the latest PeopleSoft features and updates.

Qualifications:

4-10 years of experience working with PeopleSoft applications.

Strong understanding of PeopleSoft functional concepts in one or more areas (HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions).

Proven experience with PeopleSoft technical tools like Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, and reporting tools.

Experience with integrations between PeopleSoft and external systems a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
