This is a full-time on-site role in Agra for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, providing customer support, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves providing training to customers and effectively communicating product and service information.Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer service and customer support

Aptitude for sales and the ability to meet sales targets

Experience in providing training or onboarding

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints

Self-motivated and target-driven individual

Knowledge of IT Services or Digital Marketing would be beneficial

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
