Salon Desk Executive / Sr. Executive Salon Desk

Experience - 3+years

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities and Duties

* Dealing with clients and ensuring Client Satisfaction

* Taking appointments

* Handling team

* Make sure that each staff member follows safety and hygiene protocols

* Assist staff members in carrying out their work especially during busy hours

* Inventory Management

* Handling General Enquiries

* Take complaints and resolve customers' issues in a polite manner

* Take payment in exchange of services rendered
