Responsibilities

Works with HR Manager on different HR Strategies and ensure that HR Plans are properly implemented.

Develop effective partnership with employees, associates, managers and various stakeholders to drive business goals.

Execute and timely completion of HR processes like Goal Setting, TNI, Engagement programs, R&R initiative etc.

To ensure all required records must be updated and available for any time audit from Legal Authorities.

Execute the employee engagement framework, which includes employees' meetings, Celebrations, R&R, leadership connects etc.

To manage recruitment process for open positions - Talent Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews, Reference check, arrange offers to select candidates and on-boarding process.

Outsourced Manpower Management of the Terminal - KRONOS Functions and implementations.

To manage Site's Statutory and Legal Compliances under S&D License, CLRA (Contract Labour License) and other applicable as per Labour and factory act law.

To manage KRONOS Application and update contract workmen data on daily basis.

To check and monitor Manpower's Contractors statutory and legal compliances.

Execute employee engagement initiatives and celebrations at terminal.

Coordination with other Site team for HR related activities and MIS.

Maintain HR MIS - Outsourced Manpower flexi data, Headcount data, Budget vs Actual, Salary Cost, IR MIS, Recruitment Tracker etc.

Communications with Site's Employees and Associates for HR activities.

Manage grievances and queries of employees / associates related to HR.

Dealing and communication with Contractor's, vendors and other govt. authorities.

Qualifications

Minimum Graduate and Preference to MBA in HR.

Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Generalist Role.
