As an Application Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain planning, in the Kalypso Oracle Practice based in Pune, India, you will work on a globally based team supporting Oracle Cloud projects for clients primarily in the US and EMEA. You will work with global clients, helping them apply leading practice integration solutions to their Oracle Cloud implementations. Our focus is on helping clients extract business value from the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions, not just on making the technology work. In this hands-on role, you will help deliver Oracle Cloud solutions for a diverse set of clients in industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High Tech, Consumer Goods, and Retail. You will also help grow the practice by mentoring and leading junior members on the team and guiding them on leading practices in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

Work on New implementation, Upgrade and Managed Services projects for Oracle Cloud SCM / VCP modules for global clients

Perform user requirements analysis; facilitate business process design sessions, identify gaps, issues and report risk areas as part of an implementation team

Preparation of required project documentation - requirements document, functional specifications, test cases etc.

Facilitation of as-is and to-be business process discussions with customer as subject matter experts

Deliver high level presentations to audiences ranging from executives to business users

Demonstrate technical knowledge for software implementations including activities around data mapping, conversion validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing, and system integration testing

Hand-holding business users as part of CRP, UAT and Go-Live

Respond quickly and effectively to resolve customer tickets and issues

Keeps abreast of the latest technologies, releases, and considers how new features and functionality may be used to solve challenges in the business areas

Support sales/pre-sales team in answering RFP and developing POCs for prospect clients

Lead internal and external client facing projects as needed

Ensure meeting production SLA`s and KPIs while working on Support / MS projects

Support end-user application queries, daily plan runs/collections etc.

Flexible to adjust working hours to support customers across various time zones

Assist in developing training materials and conduct internal as well as client trainings as needed

Support other associates/colleagues in their learning and mentoring.

Learn other applications as required

Travel readiness at short notice for short duration

Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

Produce high quality deliverables and represent Kalypso in an honourable, professional manner

Skills and experience

EXPERIENCE 3 to 5 Years

This position typically requires 5+ years professional supply chain software implementation experience (Oracle strongly preferred) which includes 3+ years hands-on experience implementing two or more of the following Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules – Demand and Supply Planning (REQUIRED), Order Management, Global Order Promising, Backlog Management, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Production Scheduler

Typically requires a min of 3+ years' experience leading Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Implementation teams in a client facing role (Cloud experience is specifically required).

Application subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning (SCP)

Good to have certifications in any of above Oracle Cloud modules

Hands-on with FDBI / ADFdi data load process and ability to help technical team in resolving data errors

Good SQL, PL/SQL knowledge

Good understanding of Cloud paradigms and models such as IaaS, PaaS and SaaS

Hands-on experience with BI Publisher reports will be a plus

Ability to support and lead offshore development work for implementation projects

Experience working on large projects in multi-team environment will be a plus

US customer exposure is a must

Customer service focus and experience working with multiple customers concurrently

Knowledge and experience in creating and working on Oracle SRs (Service Request)

Experience in using helpdesk software

Self-starter and creative problem solver

Strong MS Office skills – Excel, PowerPoint, Word documents

Strong client interfacing skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

B.E. / B.Tech. / MBA / MCA from reputed India College (or University) with first division (more than 65% or 6.5 CGPA)
