Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends in the electrical

and instrumentation sector.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and

offering appropriate solutions.

3. Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

4. Provide technical expertise on electrical and instrumentation products to clients, addressing their

inquiries and concerns effectively.

5. Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product specifications, features, and

functionalities.

6. Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions to

clients.

7. Create and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, ensuring alignment with their

requirements and budget.

8. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, aiming to achieve mutually beneficial

outcomes for the company and the client.

9. Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, operations, and finance to ensure timely

delivery of products and services.
