Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector Field Sales.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals Air Export and Import / Ocean Export / Import.

Delivering on Profitability

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of exceptional service.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform business strategies

Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in accordance with company policies and objectives.

Regularizing Credit and Collection for Generated Accounts.

Specific Management Projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

Graduate, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, MBA- Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, Field Sales within the freight forwarding industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive environment.

Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, industry regulations, and market trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as required.
