Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our

team in the Agency Channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting,

training, and managing a team of agents to achieve sales targets and contribute to the

overall growth of the business. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership

skills, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and a proven track record in building

and expanding agency networks.

Key Responsibilities :

Agency Recruitment :

â— Identify and recruit high-caliber individuals to join the agency team.

â— Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to expand the agency network.

Training and Development :

â— Conduct comprehensive training programs for agents to ensure product knowledge and sales skills.

â— Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance the performance of the agency team.

Sales and Revenue Generation :

â— Set and achieve sales targets for the agency team.

â— Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business objectives.

Relationship Management :

â— Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, fostering a positive and

collaborative environment.

â— Address and resolve issues to ensure agent satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis :

â— Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

â— Use market insights to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

Compliance and Documentation :

â— Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

â— Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all agency-related activities.

Qualifications and Skills :â— Bachelor's degree in any discipline

â— Age Max 35 Years

â— Min 1-2 Yrs of experience in any sales

â— Strong leadership and team management skills.

â— Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

â— Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
