Store Manager

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), or Food & Beverages with outlet sales experience.

Business Acumen:

Must demonstrate a solid understanding of the role and possess business acumen, including knowledge of sales strategies, customer service, inventory management, and financial analysis.

Sales & Operations Management:

Proven experience in handling or having handled sales and operations in the current or previous role.

Experience managing a team of at least 3-4 people, including responsibilities such as scheduling, training, performance management, and team development.

Promotability:

Consideration may be given to Acting Store Managers (ASM) or Assistant Store Managers (ASM) who are ready to step up to the Store Manager role, given they meet other criteria.

Other Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership qualities and ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail software.

Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Understanding of customer needs and market trends.
