DGM Finance

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, to support strategic decision-making and achieve business objectives. Oversee cost accounting processes, including product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis, to ensure accurate cost allocation and control of manufacturing costs.

• Ensure Process review and gap implementation for Costing and Accounting. Support SAP implementation, periodic review of processes and support production teams in addressing the gaps.

• Manage the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Analyze financial and operational performance metrics, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights to senior management.

• Monitor cash flow and working capital metrics, managing liquidity and capital allocation strategies to support operational needs and maximize shareholder value. Establish and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets, ensure accuracy of financial records, and comply with internal policies and external regulations.

• Assess financial risks and implement appropriate risk management strategies, including insurance coverage and hedging instruments, to mitigate exposure and protect the company's assets.

• Coordinate with internal, external teams and tax advisors to develop strategies, manage compliance and optimize efficiency in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Manage and develop the finance team, providing leadership, guidance, and training to ensure a high level of performance and professionalism.
