Associate Manager- Boiler Maint

Responsibilities

Prepare PR for material procurement.

Assign work for subordinates.

Perform inspections to access equipment condition.

Monitor various types

Scheduling & Planning of various types of maintenance.

Monitor contractors and direct them to perform work.

Perform PM, RCM, CBM, Forced outage etc. Maintenance in compliance with SAP based notification and work order.

Monitor healthiness of plant equipment.

Analyze cause of poor performance of equipment and take action accordingly.

To maintain maintenance history & prepare maintenance report, updating in AWARE software.

Qualifications

Must has excellent verbal and written communication skills

Familiar with IS, BS, ASME codes.

Familiar with ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001, ISO 18001

Familiar with ERP packages (SAP).

Familiar welding techniques, Metallurgy, Testing etc.

Familiar with IMS.

Familiar with 5's

Should have 10+ years of experience
