Key Responsibilities
Performing surgical procedures on patients, including preoperative diagnosis and postoperative care
Evaluating patients' medical histories and determining the most suitable surgical technique
Collaborating with other medical professionals, such as anesthesiologists and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care
Utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technologies to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Offering consultations to patients and their families regarding surgical options, risks, and post-surgery recovery
Participating in research and staying updated with advances in surgical practices and technologies
Managing and documenting patient treatment plans and progress accurately and comprehensively
Adhering to all medical and ethical standards while delivering patient care

Required Qualifications
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Completion of a surgical residency program
Board certification in general surgery
Licensure to practice as a surgeon in the state
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in a wide range of surgical procedures
Exceptional knowledge of surgical techniques, instruments, and equipment
