Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to support our finance team in

conducting financial analysis, preparing financial reports, and providing insights to drive strategic

decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent

quantitative skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including variance analysis, trend

analysis, and scenario modeling.

2. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

and senior management.

3. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

4. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and research projects as required.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights.

6. Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the finance function.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and incorporate findings into analysis

and recommendations.

8. Support the finance team in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

9. Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, operations, growth, and IT to optimize financial

processes and systems across the organization.

10. Work closely with the management team to develop long-term financial strategies aimed at sustaining

and growing the organization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or professional certifications

(e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.

2. Proven experience of 2 years plus in a finance role.

3.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

4.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

5.In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices.

6.Experience in startups is a plus.
