White Dairy Farms and Foods Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of preservative-free fresh milk, having delivered to more than 4000 homes across Kochi. With a team of close to 50 members, we have achieved over 100% year-on-year growth since our inception.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder with Investment. The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and driving strategic growth initiatives. This includes managing the production and delivery of fresh milk, expanding the customer base, and building partnerships with suppliers and distributors.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and financial data

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and negotiate deals

Experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth preferred

Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and make strategic decisions

Experience in the food industry or dairy industry is a plus

Basic level understanding of the startup ecosystem
