Service Engineer

Responsibilities

Provide installation service support for equipment. Train customers on machine handling and operation. Handle breakdowns, updates calls, safety checks, and closure of customer complaints. Perform routine maintenance, repair, calibration, and quality checks. Ensure uptime of machines through onsite visits and remote access. Maintain a strong knowledge of technology and customer application demands. Proper use of tools and test equipment. Resolve technical issues proactively and demonstrate problem-solving attitude. Travel PAN India for service activities.

Maintain highest customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics. Familiarity with CAD/CAM, basic. mechanical/electrical/electronics concepts. Knowledge of PCB, 3D printing, and rapid prototyping. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional conduct in interactions with customers and team members.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree, Experience Requirements:-1-3 Years
