Project managing the completion of timely, accurate, well-written and well-presented responses to RFPs (Request for Proposal) and other similar questionnaires through interaction with members of the sales, relationship management and client service teams, as well as subject-matter-experts (SMEs) throughout the organization.
Working as a part of our team in Bangalore, training and support will be provided enabling you to collate and craft response documents, ensuring deadlines and risk excellence standards are met.

What You Will Be Responsible For
As RFP Writer you will be responsible for
RFP Completion
Project management of detailed client proposals covering a wide range of products including (but not limited to) global custody, accounting, fund administration, performance measurement, compliance monitoring, data analytics and transfer agency services
Sourcing accurate response content
Managing the response process from the kick-off meeting to dispatch of final response documents, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
Drafting, proof-reading, editing and reviewing content
Working in close cooperation with the sales teams, product managers and subject matter experts (SME's) to ensure proposal input is well-written, accurate, balanced, persuasive and timely
RFP Database
Submission of new and updated material to the RFP database
Projects
Creative solutions related to continuous-improvement projects
Individual Contributor
Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role
Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in your behavior
Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making
Support a 'Risk Excellence' culture within the business
Adhere to limits of delegation and escalation procedures required by your manager so that you comply with internal policies and external regulations

Excellent written English and the ability to edit and tailor text to ensure accuracy, consistency and readability
Project management skills and the ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment
Advanced MS Word skills
Interpersonal communication skills
Experience in a sales support and/or RFP role would be an advantage
A working knowledge of a proposal management workflow tool would be an advantage
Self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner
Ability to manage workload under pressure
Attention to detail, strategic thinking and problem solving
Ability to interact with others to gather information
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Degree-level qualification in a business or finance discipline; 4-6 years of related business experience
Project management qualifications would be an advantage
Additional Requirements
None, however, APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) Accreditation would be beneficial
