Role & responsibilities
Handle complaints and specific customers requests & troubleshoot emergencies
Ensure Pleasant Patient experience and Care with a Personal Touch.
Ensure error free billing in OP/ missed bills etc
Handling appointments / rescheduling / cancelling etc.
Be well informed about hospital services / what is available or not available /taking care of over all patient coordination. Maintaining good rapport with all departments.
Resolves patient problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
Manage inbound and outbound calls from patients seeking information on doctors and specialists, appointment scheduling, and general patient concerns.
Coordination between every departments in the hospital and ensure smooth OPD flow
Ensuring excellent care and service to the patient
Should have basic experience in handling Billing.
